Appointments can be requested 24/7 using our online booking form. You can request before or after-hour appointments by e-mailing: Sandra@Sayagos.com. 

At the time of booking, please let us know if you want to include any additional services from our Add-On Menu in order for us to reserve the necessary amount of time for your treatment. 

Also, your health is our top priority. We request you advise us of your medical history and any health concerns at the time of booking. This information is necessary to ensure that we can provide any special accommodations required for your physical safety.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking 24 hours prior to your appointment time without penalty; however, if a cancellation or booking change occurs within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will be responsible for the cost of service. We require 48 hours advance notice of any changes or cancellations for private and corporate events. Please e-mail Sandra@Sayagos.com for further information.

We accept all major credit cards and Zelle. Cash accepted by special request only.

We currently service the island of Palm Beach and parts of Palm Beach County including downtown West Palm Beach, Manalapan, Hypoluxo Island, South Palm Beach and Singer Island. Select services outside of these locations may be arranged by emailing Sandra@Sayagos.com. 

No, gratuity is not included in your treatment fee(s). The gratuity amount is at the customer's discretion.  We can include it in your credit card charge by request.

Transportation is included for appointments in our covered locations. An additional fee will apply ONLY if the service provided is outside of these areas. Please email us at Sandra@Sayagos.com for more information.

Yes, we are at liberty to refuse services if we determine the situation to be inappropriate or uncomfortable.

Yes, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal details are kept in the strictest confidence and are used only for the purpose of confirming your booking and providing you with our professional services.

Yes, a minimum booking amount for appointments in our covered locations is required at time of booking based on the type of facial treatment selected.  Add-On service(s) require first booking a Specialty Facial or Anti-Aging Facial. The minimum booking amount is higher for any appointments agreed to outside of the covered locations and for private or corporate events. Please inquire for specifics before requesting your appointment.
